With 400+ young people reached locally and a growing network, it is building a movement where opportunity travels further, and no one is left behind. Over 200 young people have already crossed borders with F4F. Thousands more are just getting started.

The story
Founded in 2022 in the Ukrainian town of Hoscha, F4F was born from a simple belief: opportunities should not be a privilege — every young person deserves the tools and space to realise their full potential.
As a youth-driven NGO, F4F began with a mission to unlock opportunities beyond the traditional classroom. Through non-formal education and international collaboration, the organisation set out to reach those who are often left behind: young people with limited access to mobility programmes, quality training, and personal development resources.
What started with workshops on leadership, entrepreneurship and emotional intelligence quickly grew into something much deeper. In response to the shifting realities of life in Ukraine, F4F turned its attention towards a pressing need — the mental health and well-being of its youth.
Today, F4F works at the intersection of youth empowerment, mental health, and digital innovation. It is not just running projects — it is creating possibilities. For some, it is a first chance to travel abroad. For others, it is a place to learn how to support young people in crisis. At every step, F4F meets people where they are and helps them move forward.
Whether through hands-on workshops, long-term training programmes, or spontaneous moments of connection, F4F creates spaces where growth feels personal and possible. It does not follow a one-size-fits-all model — it listens, adapts, and builds learning experiences that reflect the real needs of its community.
