International learning and development opportunities for young people and youth workers

F4F actively participates in the Erasmus+ Programme, offering young people and youth workers the opportunity to engage in high-quality, non-formal learning experiences across European Union Member States and partner countries. These experiences are designed to enhance personal, social, and professional development through intercultural dialogue, cooperation, and practical engagement with key societal topics.

Youth Exchanges

Youth Exchanges are short-term learning mobilities that bring together young people from at least two different countries to implement a jointly designed programme based on non-formal education. These exchanges are aimed at promoting mutual understanding, intercultural dialogue, European values, and active citizenship among young participants.

These projects include a diverse range of activities such as workshops, discussions, simulations, outdoor exercises, role-plays, and creative sessions that address a topic of interest relevant to the participants and their realities.
