Project outcomes
As a result of international collaboration with partner organisations, Forward for Future publishes a wide range of project outcomes. These include detailed analyses, summaries of good practices, reports, guidelines, and more, aimed at sharing valuable insights and fostering knowledge exchange.

↪ “Balance” well-being practices
The well-being activities created as a result of the “Balance” project focus on helping individuals find sustainable balance through movement, bodywork, and connection with nature. These activities aim to improve mental and physical health while cultivating a positive relationship with the body. Daily challenges encourage practices that nurture body, mind, and soul, such as gratitude and happiness cultivation.

↪ Virtual museum on cultural stereotypes
The virtual museum is an outcome of the “Building Bridges through Culture” international training course on intercultural learning, in partnership with members of the International Alliance for Cultural Relations from Armenia, Austria, France, Georgia, Hungary, Romania, and Ukraine. The project aims to empower young workers to take an active role in transforming intercultural misunderstandings and conflicts at all levels and to foster understanding, tolerance, and acceptance of differences.

↪ Body & Mind cookbook
The “Body & Mind” youth exchange cookbook features 20+ plant-based recipes, created by the participants as a collaborative effort. This collection highlights how cooking can bring people together, foster creativity, and support mental well-being.

↪Empowering NEETs: recommendations for EU decision-makers
The publication outlines actionable strategies and best practices for empowering NEETs and promoting their inclusion, developed through the “United for NEET” project.
